Frequently Asked Questions
How wide is a Live Christmas Trees?
As all our trees are live and natural, the width may vary. As a general guide, you may estimate the tree diameter using the formula below:
Estimated Tree Diameter = Tree Height × 0.5
This serves as a reference only, as each tree has its own natural shape.
Where do your Christmas Trees come from?
Our Premium Grade Noble Fir comes all the way from Oregon, USA!
Our Noble Fir Christmas Trees are SERF Certified (Socially and Environmentally Responsible Farm). They are grown in the Pacific Northwest and are inspected by the Washington and Oregon Department of Agriculture. This ensures that these farms implement environmentally sustainable practices that build and conserve the soil and water, protect riparian zones, maintain biodiversity and preserve wildlife habitat.
How long can a Live Christmas Tree last? How do I keep my Christmas Trees green and fresh?
A live Noble Fir Christmas Tree can last 3 to 4 weeks when taken care of.
Always ensure that the base of the Noble Fir Christmas Tree is filled with water. Without water, the Christmas Tree will dry up quickly!
On the night before delivery, our team will chainsaw a straight cut at the bottom of the tree to ensure that water can be absorbed by the tree.
Do keep your Christmas Tree at least 2 metres away from any light and heat source. LED fairy lights that are commonly used for decorating Christmas Trees do not produce much heat. As part of a green initiative, you may turn them off whenever they are not in use.
What tree height would you recommend?
We recommend choosing a tree that is 1 to 2 ft (30 to 60 cm) shorter than your ceiling height to allow space for a star topper.
Example:
For an 8 ft (240 cm) ceiling, a 6 ft (180 cm) tree fits comfortably.
As a guide, a tree’s width is typically 0.4 to 0.5 times its height.
A 6 ft tree is approximately 72 to 80 cm wide.
As all trees are live and natural, each tree will differ slightly in shape and fullness, this is part of their natural beauty.

Do you offer maintenance services for live trees during the festive period?
We do not typically offer maintenance. To keep your tree fresh throughout the season, we advise placing it at least 2 m away from heat sources and ensuring the water level always covers the base of the trunk.
What happens to the live trees after the festive season?
After collection, all remaining ornaments are removed. The trees are then disposed of as horticultural waste, which is processed and repurposed for landscaping use.
Are there any restrictions on where live trees can be placed (e.g., indoor vs. outdoor)?
Both live and artificial Christmas trees can be used indoors. However, live trees above 20 ft are not available, so larger installations require artificial trees. For outdoor settings, we recommend artificial trees, as live trees dry out quickly in open-air environments.
What materials are your artificial trees made from? Are they eco-friendly?
Our artificial trees are made from PVC plastic and are not eco-friendly. In contrast, our live trees come from sustainable farms and are responsibly disposed of as horticultural waste.
Do you offer rental options for artificial trees, or are they only for sale?
Both live and artificial trees include delivery and dismantling services. Artificial trees can be kept after the season or, for an additional fee, packed and sent to your storage.
How do artificial trees compare in terms of cost and durability?
Artificial trees are more cost-effective if used over multiple years, but they require proper packing and storage. Over time, natural wear and tear may still occur.
Can artificial trees be reused for multiple years?
Yes, artificial trees can be used multiple years, however, wear and tear might happen during installation and teardown, therefore the durability will be determined by how carefully the tree is handled and stored.
Do you offer storage solutions for artificial trees after the festive season?
No, we do not provide storage services. Each year, we source new ornaments based on customer orders, and we do not reclaim decorations for future use.
What is the difference between a Live Christmas Tree and an artificial one?
Artificial Trees
- Symmetrical and lightweight
- Designed with gaps for easy ornament placement
- Require no watering or maintenance
Live Trees
- Naturally varied in shape and fullness
- Emit a subtle pine scent
- Create a fuller, more organic look
- Require daily watering and occasional sweeping of fallen needles
