How far in advance of my event should I confirm with your company?
We recommend confirming your order as early as possible (at least 1-2 weeks prior) to ensure we can reserve your setup slot and the plants you need.
Can I select the plants species in a grouping?
You can let the salesperson know about your request and we will check if it is possible. However, do note that some species might require additional charges.
Will a representative from your company conduct a site walkthrough for my event?
Depending on the scale of your project, our sales team will advise whether a site visit is necessary.
You may also provide us with photos, measurements, or a floor plan of the site.
How does your operations team ensure that the carpeted venue ground is protected from soil and water during the event?
Our operations team will place a protective liner on the carpet before moving the plants in with a trolley.
This liner helps prevent soil and water from staining the carpet.
Do rest assured that our team will handle any necessary cleaning to address such issues.
What should I do if I find that I need more plants after the setup is complete and I didn’t order enough?
You may inform the salesperson, do note that there will be a $150 surcharge for last-minute additions.
What is your cancellation and postponement policy?
Cancellation:
50% of confirmed contract value if notified at least 10 working days in advance.
70% if notified less than 5 working days before the setup.
100% if notified less than 3 working days before the setup.
Postponement:
For postponements, we offer one complimentary change provided you inform us at least 1 week in advance.
If the first postponement is requested with less than 1 week’s notice, you will be liable for the full contract value.
